Most-undervalued-stocks advisory service

This service has been just re-opened with a new and improved selective formula.

The most desired stocks that traders can buy are the undervalued ones. I mean those stocks that are undervalued if compared to their fair value.
Follow me in my reasoning.
According to my knowledge of stock market, I consider two groups of stocks that are worth buying:

  1. those ones that keep going up with an increase of their strength;
  2. those ones that are undervalued respect to their fair value.

The stocks that belong to the first group are the ones of companies whose fair value increases because their operating income increases as well.

I offer ONE BUY SIGNAL FOR FREE EVERY THREE MONTHS for such stocks to my newsletter subscribers. Besides, you can subscribe to my paid advisory service for more stock signals per month (read below).

Instead, the stocks, which belong to the second group, are those ones of companies whose fair value has gone down very much, because of a decrement of their operating income or of a great loss that has happened. (The fair value of a company is proportional to its net capital and to its last net income produced).
After such a debacle, the management of these companies puts in place the right actions to recover the situation (an increase of revenues, cuts to all expenses, etc.). In this way, both the fair value of these companies and their stock price start to increase, once again.

Great traders and investors look for such bargains because:

1. they can buy something that is deeply undervalued;

2. they can buy something whose fair value is expected to increase once again over time.

In this case, the probabilities of good gains are considerable and, on average, they can be greater than those ones deriving from buying strong stocks, simply.

I have created a technical stock picking system (it does not rely on fundamental data of balance sheets) that defines the most likely current fair value of quoted companies and that puts them in order, according to their level of undervaluation, respect their estimated fair value. It consists of a mathematical formula that I have created, based on technical analysis.

Look at the list inserted here below.

NASDAQ very undervalued stock selection updated 28st of April 2014

Notes to the previuos table:

 –       Ticker: it is the ticker name of a stock;

 –       Date/time: date of my study and creation of this list;

 –       Close: close value of the single stock;

 –       Stock fair value: the statistical stock fair value, calculated with my secret weapon, that has to be compared with the current graphic of         the same stock;

 –       % undervaluation: this is the level of undervaluation of a stock obtained by comparing the statistical fair value and its closing price;

 –       Beta vs S&P 500: this parameter expresses the proportional movement of a stock respect an index (S&P 500);

 –       Beta vs NASDAQ: this parameter expresses the proportional movement of a stock respect an index (NASDAQ);

 This is the base version of this table that I use. Sometimes, I vary it to have more parameters to control stocks over time.

From this list, I extract the most undervalued stocks either that are likely to have a good rebound or that can start to increase in value for the medium term.
From this moment on, I focalize my attention on some of them and, if a buy signal is generated, I buy that stock.

When may these bargains take place?
Generally, great bargains take place in correspondence of great bottoms of the stock market (1-year cycle and 6-month cycle).
According to my discover, I have set up a paid advisory service for these stocks, which belong to the S&P 500 and to the NASDAQ markets.

It consists of a membership service, whose cheap rates are the following (16 $ / MONTH ON AVERAGE).

membership levels

Once subscribed, you can enter my members-only-area, where I insert a list of the best undervalued stocks and their  buy and sell signals, in a very simple and practical way.

The following graphics represent an example of the stocks that I look for.

BLMN undervalued stock to buy

RAND stock under its fair value

THOR most undervalued stocks

These graphics suggest that when a stock is very low respect its fair value, once or twice per year, buying them can be a great bargain.

The uptrend that follows is consistent. It is a great advantage and a great challenge.

Here is an example of one of my simple and pratical report: report example.

It helps you to decide FASTER what you can trade in the stock market,

with no confusion.

This is an original solution from outside the box in stock picking.

These signals follow the indications of my disclaimer that you can read hereas those signals that I offer for free for the strong stocks.

I will modify this members-only-page once/two times per week, with upgraded data of good stocks to buy, if there are good stocks to consider.

So, if you need to know which are the most undervalued stocks of the NASDAQ and of the S&P 500 markets, click on the button below.

I REMEMBER TO YOU THAT if you subscribe to this service, you can enter the other section of my paid advisory service “BEST STOCKS TO BUY” FOR FREE. This is an advantage for you.

  • Federico, l have to say that it's very unusual to come across someone that is as open and honest as you are.
    You openly show all your calls including the loses. Such honesty should be rewarded.
    I will continue to follow you and thank you so much for your time and efforts.

    I just happened upon your site in the last few days and am satisfied with your attempt to communicate. I will continue to follow until I see a noticeable lack of "something" like sound advice, logical remarks and well put sentences. Should I notice what I feel are these and other short comings, I will attempt to email you at this address and share my concerns. I know you want to be a success at this and I support your endeavors. Be patient. Asking us for input today, that's a good idea.
